We are dedicated to safeguarding shipping and seafarers, providing education, support, and welfare to the seafaring community with a statutory duty as a General Lighthouse Authority to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective aids to navigation service for the benefit and safety of all mariners.
We are seeking a new Director of People and Culture to continue to take forward our people priorities. We know how important this role, and our people are; which is why you will report directly to our Deputy Master/Chief Executive, be a core member of our strong collegiate executive team, and have a voice at the Board level.

You will help us to continue to modernise our working practices and provide value for money while respecting our incredible history and tradition and building on our positive culture. You will also help us fundamentally link high performance and reward, and enhance our offer as an employer of choice. The successful candidate will ideally bring demonstrable experience and a track record of having made a positive difference in each of these areas.
